  • A platform for individuals seeking care services (Caretakers) and providers (Caregivers).
  • Tools and information to help make informed decisions, including our Safety Center and verification processes.
  • Ability for Caretakers to obtain background check reports from third-party agencies.

1.2 Limitations of our Services

Except for specific Backup Caregivers, we do not employ any Caregivers and are not responsible for their conduct. Caretakers are responsible for compliance with employment laws. Content is primarily user-generated; we do not assume responsibility for its accuracy.

2. Eligibility to Use the Site and Services

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and reside legally in India. Caregivers must be legally permitted to work within India.

3. Rules For User Conduct and Use of Services

Users must provide accurate information and are prohibited from posting offensive, illegal, or infringing content. Synto HomeCare reserves the right to review and delete any content in its sole discretion.

4. Background and Verification Checks

Synto HomeCare may offer background check services. Caregivers can authorize these checks, and results may be shared with Caretakers as per user permissions and applicable laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

6. Privacy

Synto HomeCare uses the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Links to External Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Synto HomeCare does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

Certain Services require payment of subscription or one-time fees. All payments are non-refundable except as specifically stated in these terms.

9. Release of Liability for Conduct and Disputes

You agree to release Synto HomeCare from any claims arising out of your relationships or interactions with other users of the Site or Services.

10. Age Restrictions

Synto HomeCare is intended for individuals 18 or over. Registration of younger users will be terminated immediately.

15. Consent to Electronic Communication

You consent to receive all communications, notices, and documents from Synto HomeCare electronically.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Synto HomeCare regarding the use of the Site and Services.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

You represent and warrant to us that you have the right and authority to provide us all information you provide about yourself or others.

i. When registering

When you register directly through Synto HomeCare.com, we will collect and store the information that you provide to us on our online registration forms. This may include, among other information, your:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Home address
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number
  • Government Identifiers stored encrypted in our database
  • Payment methods like CC, ACH etc transactions

ii. When posting a Carerequest

If you are a Caretaker, we collect and store all of the additional information that you provide to us on your Carerequest posting or that is otherwise included in an auto-generated Carerequest posting. This may include, among other information:

  • The type of care you are looking for, your schedule, location, compensation rate, telephone number, qualifications, and requirements (such as Food, Accommodation, Travel allowances)
  • Pictures of yourself, patient and the pictures of patients’ current condition
  • Patient demographics, patient identifiable information, medications, medical history, location, age

iii. When posting a profile

If you are a Caregiver, we collect and store all of the additional information that you provide to us in your profile. This may include:

  • Details on the care you offer, availability, location, education, languages spoken, and requirements
  • Related services provided
  • Pictures, phone numbers, and references

iv. By telephone

Both Site Visitors and Registered Users may provide information when they contact Customer Care or utilize Services by telephone. If you call Synto HomeCare.com to discuss care options, we will collect and store all information you choose to provide, including financial and health-related details.

v. Otherwise through the Site or the Services

Registered Users may provide additional information through features such as online communication platforms, groups, and payment systems. We collect and store all information provided through these channels.

B. Information provided by others

i. By Site Visitors, Registered Users and others

Synto HomeCare.com also captures and collects information that users provide about one another, such as ratings, relationship indicators, and reviews. We also capture and store any communication exchanged through our platforms.

ii. By third parties to verify your information

Your mobile service provider may share account information to validate mobile possession. You authorize us to receive this information from your wireless carrier to help identify you and prevent fraud.

iii. By third parties that perform background checks

We may use third party verification providers to check your information against national criminal databases, sex offender registries, and other sources to assist in verifying your identity and representations.

C. Information you expressly authorize us to collect
